DMR overview
Deterministic Memory Runtime — microsecond, no-LLM classification of agent behavior.
DMR classifies repeated agent events through a deterministic 10,240-bit HyperVector encoding and a prototype-set gate: known patterns return a reflex action in microseconds without an LLM call; novel patterns escalate. It ships a Rust SDK, a CLI, and an MCP server, and acts as the behavioral gate across the Velon stack.
